The awareness level legal study package is a course that contains powers of arrest, Trespass to Property Act, criminal code and legal authorities for arrest and more. A test is to be completed and handed in during class which is graded and recorded. This is designed as a refresher for the person to ensure understanding of the legal aspects as it relates to security officers and the private citizen.
This portion may be delivered in class or as a self-study pre-course package for recertification of the CDT program.
