Impairment in the workplace has become a growing concern. This program outlines what impairment looks like and the cost associated with attending work while impaired, especially those in safety-sensitive positions.
Upon completion of this 2-3 hour program, participants will be educated on impairment caused by medical conditions, substance abuse, mental health and fatigue. Students will also learn to recognize the signs, symptoms and risks associated with each type of impairment.
